Stop the chat rate limit in IMs

1.) Make a direct connection with your buddy by clicking "People" > "Open Direct IM Connection" in an IM window.
2.) Now you can type as fast and as much as you want with no rate limit at all. This is also useful for pasting a large amount of text.
