In order for some programs to function you need these files installed on your computer. Most times if a program requires one of them and you don't have it, it will mention the name of the missing file that you need and at that point you download it here. ;-)
In order to install the missing file, extract it from the zip file into the system32 folder (c:/windows/system32). Then go to your start menu > Run. In the text box type regsvr32 filename.ocx. Replace filename with the file's name.
