IM desktop shortcuts

You can make shortcuts on your desktop or in any other folder that will allow you to IM a certain person by clicking them. I know this works in windows XP but I'm not sure about other Operating Systems.
1.) Right click in the folder you want the shortcut created and go "New" then "Shortcut." A wizard should popup.
2.) In the text box that is under where it says "Type the location if the item:" paste the following location and be sure to replace "Exit+Reality" with the screen name you are using the shortcut for. Please note that a "+" must be added instead of each space in the screen name (if there are any).
"C:\Program Files\AIM95\aim.exe" aim:goIM?ScreenName=Exit+Reality 3.) Complete the wizard and you're done.
