Chat without being signed on to AIM

This allows you to chat with any buddy(s) you desire while being signed off. The main point is to chat with a certain person or certian people without being bugged by others.

1.) Direct Connect with the buddy(s) you want to chat with once signed off by going "People" then "Open Direct IM Connection" in an IM window.
2.) A window pops up. Click "Connect."
3.) Notice you can't wait for a direct connection to be accepted by more than one buddy at a time so if you're going to connect to more than one person, connect one at a time and wait until the person accepts.
4.) Once direct connected to all the people you want to chat with while signed off go ahead and sign off. DO NOT EXIT AIM, just right click the AIM logo in your taskbar and at the top of the list click "Sign Off."

You should now be able to continue chatting with whoever you're directly connected with while being signed off.
